    I am interested in competing June 2014. I have just started the Beginner Challenge – Week 1. After the 4 week Beginner Challenge, what are the next 4 workouts?

    50 squats after 50 burpees? I haven’t done it yet, but I think that I will be well prepared for the Thanksgiving feast.
