This is our healthy version of Krispy Kreme, about 10 times less calories and much more nutrients.

Warm up the oven to 350F. You will need some donut molds to cook the dough.

Mix the liquid in a bowl and beat it with a wisk. Mix the dried ingredients together in another bowl and mix. Start incorporating the dried ingredients to the liquid slowly while mixing at the same time. Pour into the molds and cook for 25 minutes. Check to make sure they don’t burn. Cooking time can vary from one oven to another.

While the donuts are in the oven, you can start cooking the diced peaches in ¼ of a cup of water along the fresh ginger roots. When they are fully cooked, blend with the honey and xanthan. Set aside to let it cool down.

When the donuts are ready, let them cool down a little bit and then dip the top of each donut half way into the peach glaze. Set on a plate and sprinkle with dark melted chocolate. You can add some walnuts or other nuts of your choice if you’d like.

Serve fresh. If you need to keep them for a couple of days, you should keep them in a fridge. Before consuming again, warm them up 30 seconds in the microwave or oven at 400F.
