Heat up the oven at 400F.

Blend all the top ingredients for the quiche’s crust mixture.

Grease a bowl that goes into the oven with the olive oil and pour the blended mixture into that bowl.

Place your 3-4 pieces of bread on top of that mix. Then fill it with the garnishing.

Cook in the oven for 15-25 minutes. Stick it with a knife to check if it’s cooked. The mixture should be solid when it’s ready.

I suggest that you serve it with your favorite green salad to get a serving of fresh veggies.

I love to transform some original types of recipes that are usually pretty rich and high in calories into healthy alternatives. You don’t need to use heavy cream and butter to create your own healthy quiche recipes. Cottage cheese and eggs are perfect for that, and they are also high in protein.

You could use the same crust mixture and create the flavor you like: Onions, roasted leek, ham, veggies, spinach, etc!
