Mix the water, honey and balsamic vinegar in a big bowl.
Cut each apple into 8 pieces and place the pieces in the bowl. Cut the sausages each into 3 pieces and put in the bowl with the apples. Mix everything to make sure the marinade gets all over the apple and sausages. Stick the ingredients on a skewer and cook on the BBQ for 15 minutes.
While the skewers are cooking, steam the potatoes and the fennel together until they are soft and well cooked. Blend them in a blender with the coconut oil and spices.
Heat up the oven at 400F. Slice tiny rings of red onions.
Mix the water, flour and spices in a bowl and dip the onions rings into it. In a warmed up pan, pour the coconut oil and grill the onion rings for 2 minutes on each side. Next, place them on an oily cookie sheet and cook them in the oven for 5-10 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
Set up your plate however you like.
