Healthy hearty dinner for you and the whole Spartan family. This recipe is simple but delicious and will leave even the pickiest eaters satisfied.
Directions:
Boil the water and cook the pasta for about 15 minutes. Corn pasta takes a bit longer to cook then regular pasta.
Cook the asparagus for 2 minutes in boiling water. Remove from water and set aside.
Warm up a pan, add the Coconut oil, red onions, mushrooms, the semi-cooked asparagus and Teriyaki sauce. Stir for 3-4 minutes. When the Fusilli are cooked, drain and add to your veggie mix.
Add salt, pepper and touch of fresh parsley. It’s ready to serve
