Fast, easy & healthy meal idea!  This is an quick idea of what you can eat when you come back late at night and there is not much left in the fridge. You‘ll get your greens and your source of protein as well.  It makes a great meal any time of day and is quick and easy to manage!

Beat the Egg whites, cheese and spices together. Cook it in a pan.

Chopped your veggies and toss them together with the oil and balsamic.

Ready to eat!
