I an 50 yrs old and consider myself in very good shape. I did do the badd ass in vegas last year. Also, any training tips for this event? I am finding it more difficult to recover from my workouts. Afternoon, I have just emailed Spartan regarding this but was looking for some help from fellow Sparans input if possible?

I am a university student in my 4th year and am doing a report comparing and contrasting Spartan and Tough Mudder (the enemy). However I am looking for critical information to perform this evaluation, I need information on the internal and external factors based on all finance, sponsorship and location, with the internal and external factors applying. Also, I would be delighted if you could provide me with any recommendations on either of the events could be improved or learned from each other.

    A very appreciative student

All other variables would be perfect, for instance what is in your control and of of control, culture, political social.

    Hi Folks:

A newbie here just reading the bios of the bloggers and learning about the Spartan races and community.

I look forward to getting more involved. I have certain fitness goals where I believe the credentials of this community may be able to offer me expertise and guidance.

Dear Joe, It’s April 2014 and you still haven’t updated 2013 Trifecta’s. It’s obvious your not putting enough $ into administration. The buck stops with YOU!

    Disappointed in Houston
