Directions:

For those who don’t have the flour mix from Candra, you can use 1 cup of any other gluten free flour. If you don’t care about gluten you may also use 1 cup of organic whole wheat flour or Organic Kamut Flour.

 

Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees.

 

Mix all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together. Wisk well and then pour the dry mix into the liquid mix.

Put into muffin mold and cook.

Conserve into a fresh place, or put them in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
