Have you heard of the Spartan Race Points Series? It is a ranking system that determines who are the best racers in the Spartan Races. It is based on each Elite wave racers performance during the year. How are the points determined?

The 2013 USA Spartan Race Points Series concluded with the World Championship Beast Race on September 21st in Killington, VT. We have been calculating the final ranking and they are now published here

It is more than just a ranking, there are awards tied to the top 300 athletes’ performances. The awards continue the tradition started with the 2012 Points Series with some additions.

The Top 20 Males and Females will each receive a portion of the $40,000 cash payout as follows:

  1. $4,250
  2. $2,600
  3. $1,500
  4. $1,400
  5. $1,300
  6. $1,200
  7. $1,100
  8. $1,000
  9. $900
  10. $800
  11. $750
  12. $700
  13. $600
  14. $500
  15. $400
  16. $300
  17. $250
  18. $200
  19. $150
  20. $100

In addition the Top 20 will all receive an Elite Season Pass, a Spartan 300 Sweatshirt, and a T-Shirt. The Elite Season Pass, Spartan 300 Sweatshirt, and T-Shirt will also be awarded to those finishing 21-50th. Those finishing 51st a Spartan 300 T-Shirt. New this year are awards for the Masters 40+ Males and Females:

  1. $500
  2. $200
  3. $100
