Here is a beginner friendly Spartan WOD that you can do at the track.
Warm-up:
15 jumping jacks
15 seal jacks
Main Set:
Run 200 meters
Walk 200 meters
Do 5 burpees
Repeat 4 times
Cool Down:
Stretch
