Spartan WOD for Thursday, 10.11.12

Where ever you are now, begin there.  There are no short cuts to a good place to start.  Chris Davis had to begin at 700lbs.   (See him now.)

Here is a beginner friendly Spartan WOD that you can do at the track. 

 

Warm-up:

15 jumping jacks

15 seal jacks

 

Main Set:

Run 200 meters

Walk 200 meters

Do 5 burpees

Repeat 4 times

 

Cool Down:

Stretch
