Some may find this Spartan WOD difficult to swallow.

Repeat 5 times :

10 push-ups

10 burpees

5 pull-ups

30-second sprint

1-minute rest

    WOW!!! What a butt kicker this was…had three of my Marines run through this with me and we were all spent. Yesterday we did a heavy ab workout and really felt it during this WOD. LOVE IT!!!!
