Spartan WOD for Monday, 11.5.12

Spartan Beginner WOD (2 of 4)

 

Warm-up:

Breathing and Stretching

Run 5-10 minutes

 

Main Set:

10 Push-ups

10 Body weight squats

10 Burpees

10 Crunches

(Repeat 2 more times)

Run 1 mile

 

Cool Down:

Stretch

For our more advanced athletes, take this as an opportunity to have a recovery day.

    I am a beginner and have tried to adapt some of the workouts to my abilities, but just noticed this one is labeled “Spartan Beginner WOD (2 of 4)”. Are the other 3 WODs someplace accessible? I’d like to have all 4 so I can plan my weekly workouts into my schedule.
