Spartan WOD for Monday, 9.10.12

 

Race this weekend?  Train hard?  If you are feeling destroyed after a weekend of training you must focus on recovery.  What is a great recovery workout?

A warm-up routine.

The same process you do to warm up before an intense routine will be an excellent follow up to a huge weekend of effort.  It will help get the blood flowing and aid in recovery.

On our blog we demonstrated an effective progression of the follow 16 exercises to perform on those days where there is not enough juice in the tank to do anything but damage control.
