Long Run/Hike/Walk with sandbag or Spartan Pancake. Find hills.
Yes. It will suck. It’s supposed too. But you’ll be ready to dominate the Pancake Carry at your next Spartan Event.
Remember, a batter in base ball warms up with a bat that is heavier than he or she is going to use at the plate. The same principle applies to running. Just think of how much lighter you will feel when you finally leave your 25lbs-100lbs behind you!
