Spartan WOD for Friday, 9.21.12

In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s mind there are few.
Instead of being intimidated by starting an exercise regiment, be inspired. Let the unknown possibilities that await you as you change your life encourage you to begin. Don’t worry about being an expert – just begin.
Even the most advanced athlete can learn a great deal from looking at obstacles in his or her fitness with fresh eyes.
25 jumping jacks
25 side jacks
20 minute run, conversation pace.
Main Strength Set:
10 jumping lunges
5 pull ups
10 body weight squats
5 box jumps
(Repeat 1-3 times)
Stretch for at least 10 minutes.
