Spartan WOD for Sunday, 9.30.12

Take advantage of the weekend to train with friends. It will do you all some good to pick a time (4:30 am is suggested) and get some quality exercise in together.

Warm up:
50 jumping jacks
50 seal jacks
10 burpees

Main Set:
Run 5k-10k together (bring sandbags of different weights and rotate them) then
30 squat jumps
30 jumping lunges
30 burpees

Cool Down:
Stretch – 15 minutes
