We posted yesterday that we wanted pictures of your raddest non-traditional training partners… you delivered! We plan on making it a regular for our FB page. Rocks, logs, children, pets, tires, hills, vests, walls, we saw a little bit of everything and we were quite proud on your ingenuity! In honor of the WOD yesterday:

Here’s the breakdown of yesterday’s WOD!
Warm up: 10 min jog
Sprint up a hill with it. At top use it for 50 squats/50 clean & jerks
Walk down hill
Nice work Spartans… we’ll be asking for more. Here’s tomorrow’s WOD. How do you feel about a good ol’ fashion run… well with Spartan styling?
